CNC automatic plant for induction hardening of:

• gears (in “tooth by tooth” mode) with diameter between 200 mm and 2,500 mm and height up to 500 mm, both internally and externally toothed, with straight, inclined or helical tooth; only on the sides or also on the tooth bottom
• Fifth wheels, both internal and external, in progressive hardening up to a diameter of 4,000 mm.

In our numerical control plants, the information technology applied to the process allows the repeatability of the processing, with the verification of the conditions that affect the process: power, speed, position, flow rate and temperature of the coolants.
